Gua Sha is an ancient, holistic Chinese method that can help to increase circulation, relax the muscles, and facilitate lymphatic drainage by releasing interstitial fluids from the skin and into the body's natural detoxification system. Use it on the face, neck, and body to stimulate blood flow and invigorate your skin through a gentle massage.

Clear quartz

Use 1-2 x daily for 5 minutes. Apply a serum, oil, or moisturizer to the skin and gently scrape along the skin, following the direction of the lymph flow – ascending from the midsection of the face and toward the lymph nodes near the neck and ears.

Wash your tool after use and dry with a clean towel.
